HISTORY

     The Campus Serra da Capivara, located in the city of São Raimundo Nonato (PI), Brazil, was created in 2004 with purpose of install a campus of a federal university on the region. This campus started working with the course of Archeology and Patrimony Preservation. Since 2009, with help of the Federal Government, the UNIVASF started to offer the Graduation on Nature Sciences, on the nocturnal period, with one entry per year. Besides those, on the same campus there are the graduation on Anthropology and Graduation on Chemistry.

PROFESSIONAL FUTURE

     The graduated in Nature Sciences is able to work as a teacher of basic schools and as a professional in many fields, he/she can also implement his/her formation with specializations, master degree, etc to work on graduation programs.
