The institutional Program for Initiation on Teaching (PIBID) is an initiative to the development and valorization of basic education teatchers. The program offers fellowhips for students to make partnership with basic education public schools. Projects must promote the inserction of the students on the context of schools since the beginning of his academic formation, so they can develop pedagogic activities under supervision of a professor from the university and a school teacher.
The student of Nature Sciences may apply for many fellowships to ensure his/her specialization in any of the interest areas and for a better oportunity of dedication to the undergraduate course, since it comes with a good finacial support and approximates the student to his/her professional future. There are many fellowship types, that the studant may apply or look for a professor to write and submit a project. Below you can find the main oportunities along with a short description of them. INITIATION ON TEACHING
STUDENTS ASSISTANCE
The Assistance fellowship is a finatial support offered to Univasf undergraduated students that are effectively attending to academic ativities. The selection is made by socioeconomic criteria, taking into account family's per capita wealth, school of origin, residential origin and the environment of family's residence. RESEARCH
The PIBIC aims to approximate the student to research activities, under a continuous contact with a supervisor, where the student will implement his formation with research, publications, and presenting them in scientific congressess.
EXTENSION
The PIBEX is an instrument of the university that offers fellowships for projects that aims the development of projects with the purpose of increase political actions that connects university and society.
